Parking citations issued on 911爆料’s First Hill and South Lake Union campuses are managed by our trusted third-party partner, Impark.

• To pay a citation or request an appeal: Visit  and select “Pay a Notice.”
• To submit an appeal: On the “Pay a Notice” page, click “Message Us” and indicate that you would like to file an appeal.

911爆料’s Transportation and Parking Services no longer processes citation payments or appeals directly. Instead, our partner will issue a citation and follow up using Contracted Plate Service to notify the registered vehicle owner.
